1、Tech pack execution:

1.1 Participate both internal design and customer tech pack hand over meeting, assign all the PUR bonding parameter for related construction.

1.2 Coordinate all the PUR technical works: printing AI draft, glue selection, all parameter validation, parameter sheet confirmation, scan all PUR sample quality, etc

1.3 Assign PUR quality standard when needed.

1.4 Consider PUR construction in a reasonable price point.

Tech Pack执⾏：

1.1 参与内外部设计及客户技术包交接会议，分配所有PUR粘合⼯艺相关参数。

1.2 协调所有PUR技术⼯作：包括AI打样稿、胶⽔选型、参数验证、参数表确认、PUR样品质量扫描等。

1.3 必要时指定PUR质量标准。

1.4 在合理成本范围内考量PUR⼯艺⽅案。

2、Risk assessment:

2.1 Risk assess all PUR construction: development & production feasibility, also consideration of production efficiency.

2.2 Understand PUR related machine capability & able to set up machine for sample execution.

2.3 Know well PUR glue selection, supplier matrix.

⻛险评估：

2.1 评估所有PUR⼯艺的开发与⽣产可⾏性，兼顾⽣产效率。

2.2 掌握PUR相关设备能⼒，能完成样品⽣产的设备调试。

2.3 熟悉PUR胶⽔选型及供应商。

3、Management:

Manage PUR execution team to deliver sample quality in a timely manner, Inorder to meet both internal and external customer requirement.

管理：参与管理PUR执⾏团队，确保按时交付样品质量，满⾜内外客户需求。

4、Technical support :

Provide technical advice to both sample room & production. In terms of machine setting, parameter adjustment, quality issue problem solving, etc.

技术⽀持：为板房及⽣产端提供技术咨询，包括设备调试、参数调整、质量问题解决等。

Technical Skills：

1.Intimate apparel technical design knowledge: thorough understanding of intimate apparel style, construction, components, and product engineering, especially bonding knowledge.

2.Material knowledge: familiar with the characteristics, functions, and applications of various intimate fabrics & material, deeper understanding of PUR bonding material.

3.Bonding machine knowledge: Know well bonding machine setting, functions, and able to provide problem solving solution, which related to machine.

4.Technology development on PUR bonding: Able to explore and experiment new PUR bonding technologies, and provide technical solutions on bonding area.

5.Project management ability: organize and promote intimate research and development projects, specifically on PUR bonding.

1. 贴⾝⾐物技术设计知识：透彻理解贴⾝⾐物的款式、结构、部件及产品⼯程，尤其精通粘合⼯艺知识。

2. 材料知识：熟悉各类贴⾝⾯料及材料的特性、功能及应⽤，深⼊理解PUR粘合材料。

3. 粘合机知识：精通粘合机设备调试、功能操作，能针对设备相关问题提供解决⽅案。

4. PUR粘合技术研发能⼒：能够探索和试验新型PUR粘合⼯艺，并提供粘合领域的技术⽅案。

5. 项⽬管理能⼒：组织推进贴⾝⾐物研发项⽬，尤其聚焦PUR粘合⼯艺⽅向。
